Our culture in Hamburg
Here in Hamburg, we work with a high degree of autonomy, and it goes without saying that we help and support one another.
We’re very open to discussion, and we always treat each other fairly and respectfully. Many colleagues here at the office are actively involved in areas such as Culture, Delivery Management, and personal development in addition to their projects.
We recently moved into our new office right on Gänsemarkt, and we’re really enjoying it here. When the weather in Hamburg permits, we like to sit out on the rooftop terrace at lunchtime or after work.
