          Our culture in Munich

          We’re a diverse group of people with different perspectives, experiences, and opinions – and that’s exactly what we value and need. We treat both our clients and our colleagues as equals. This means we share our honest opinions while being mindful of the other person’s situation and treating each other with respect.

          At the same time, we’re always striving to improve and regularly reflect on ourselves, our structures, and our ways of working. Through location retrospectives and monthly Lean Coffees, we all work together to shape how we live and work together. Our Advisory Team supports all project teams in identifying and resolving issues early on. Our Culture Ambassadors step in to help with individual conflicts.

          One of the few workplaces where the main focus isn't on foosball, coffee, and drinks, but on my coworkers. Although the espresso machine doesn't hurt. I've never been left on my own at codecentric.
