We took third place at the "MSHack 2024" hackathon 🎉. This is already the second time codecentric has made it onto the winners' podium at an "MSHack." The idea: to make Münster's streets more car-free by developing a mobile app that encourages the use of public transportation through a fun, game-like approach using "Stadtbusseln."

Our culture in Münster
Just like the rest of codecentric AG, our culture is characterized by a spirit of helpfulness and mutual respect. We give and receive feedback and also regularly exchange ideas within the team to stay up to date. We’re always open to new ideas, motivated to learn, and just as happy to share our knowledge! Agility and self-organization are top priorities. In addition to innovative thinking and tinkering, we certainly don’t neglect having fun. Even after work, we sometimes hang out over a drink or make plans for one leisure activity or another. Our motto is always: “Everything is possible, nothing is mandatory.” Of course, team events are also organized from time to time – so boredom is a foreign concept 😉.
We enjoy playing foosball during breaks or eating pizza together by the harbor.
