To join the Solutions Partner Network, Microsoft requires a number of specific criteria, such as a certain number of new customers and employee certifications, the deployment of Azure services for customers, and an increase in Azure consumption revenue within a defined period of time. codecentric was able to meet all of these criteria.
The new partnership opens up the opportunity for codecentric to officially receive support from Microsoft during the presales and support phases. Furthermore, codecentric customers naturally benefit from the enhanced qualifications of codecentric employees.
"We have been working towards achieving this status for a long time," comments Senior Consultant Kaan Soyyigit, who manages the partnership on codecentric's side. "We want to be agnostic in all respects, and this was an important step in that direction to underpin our existing expertise in this area. Some colleagues specifically completed the certifications so that we could meet the necessary criteria. Especially with a topic like this, it's a team sport."
Worldwide, more than 400,000 organizations currently participate in the Microsoft Partner Program, of which more than 30,000 are in Germany. However, only a small proportion of these can demonstrate a registered solutions partner specialization.
