High Demand and Shortage of Skilled Workers
According to the Lünendonk List "Leading Mid-Sized IT Consulting and System Integration Companies in Germany," IT service providers are benefiting from the pressure to digitize and transform, particularly in the areas of cloud transformation, data and AI, and software development. The companies looked optimistically to the future, even though the shortage of skilled workers continues to pose a major challenge and makes it more difficult to staff projects.
