Girls' Day kicks off again in early April – and codecentric is of course on board again.
For us, the day is one of the best opportunities to give young female students the chance to get up close and personal with IT. codecentric is one of hundreds of companies across Germany that traditionally allows female students to explore careers dominated by men.
In the German IT landscape, significantly more men than women still work in the field – we are trying to change that in the medium term, among other things through Girls' Days!
What's happening at codecentric on Girls' Day 2025?
A team of developers and IT consultants will accompany the students for an entire day. The students will have ample opportunity to exchange ideas with codecentric employees and ask questions.
Of course, there will also be a hands-on part with mini workshops, such as:
Scratch with Lego Mindstorms
Program (your) Micro:bit and/or an MBot
CAD/3D printing of fidget spinners
