Purchases and license management are handled exclusively through the Atlassian Marketplace. Licensing costs follow Atlassian's standard model based on user count and deployment type. Every app includes a free trial, and current pricing can be found directly on the linked app pages.

Are the Cloud apps secure? Does my data leave the instance?

Our Cloud apps (Issue Picker, Workflow Analyzer, Extended Dashboard Gadgets) are built entirely on the Atlassian Forge platform. This means all data remains strictly within your Jira instance – no external servers, no third-party data transfers. Workflow Analyzer operates on read-only permissions.

Which Jira deployments are the apps available for?

Availability varies by app: Label Manager and Workflow Analyzer support Cloud and Data Center. Issue Picker and Extended Dashboard Gadgets run on Jira Cloud. Workflow Essentials is available for Data Center. Detailed version requirements can be found on the respective Marketplace pages.
