How do we collect your data?
1. We allow you to download test versions of our add-ons or to procure a licence through the Atlassian Marketplace. In such cases, we may obtain from Atlassian the following information about you: name, telephone number, email address, company name, other contact information. If you write us an email to the support email address, a service desk account is automatically generated with this email address provided it does not already exist. You can also provide us with further information both via email (subject line and email body text) and through the service desk ticket.
4. Some of our add-ons allow you to provide us with feedback via email directly from within the add-on. In this case, as described under 3., we will use your data to generate a Jira service desk account (provided one does not already exist) and a service desk ticket.
What do we use your data for?
We use your data to support you concerning your test phase and to notify you as a customer about events and other news in the world of Atlassian.
We use the data to be able to get in touch with you regarding your service desk query or your feedback.
