    Part 1:
    Successful examples as the basis for your own AI success story

    Based on our extensive AI expertise, we will give you insights into the technology trends around generative AI.

    After a short theoretical part, we will then look at best practices and AI-based success stories with you and your colleagues – from codecentric projects and beyond. These case studies show how artificial intelligence has been successfully implemented to overcome specific challenges, optimize processes and create value.

    This overview of generative AI and other current technology trends serves as a basis for further discussion. Together we will draw conclusions for use cases in your company!

    Part 2:
    Identification of your own use cases for AI in your company

    We then focus entirely on your company. Together, we identify commercially relevant use cases in which generative AI can have a direct impact on your company's business success. We further evaluate and prioritize these. We will also help you to realistically assess the return on investment (ROI) and give you an initial overview of IT security and data protection.

    At the end of the workshop, we will have identified one or two specific use cases for the integration of generative AI in your company, which we can then develop further.

    We formulate clear recommendations for the next steps to implement the identified measures - possibly together with codecentric, of course!

    And after the workshop?

    If we have been able to convince you of our expertise at this point, we will be happy to implement the identified use cases with you following the workshop. As part of a PoC, we will first go into the prioritized use case in greater depth. We develop and test prototypes with which we evaluate the technical feasibility and performance. We also analyze user acceptance and check the ROI in detail.

    Once the PoC is complete, we develop the application further in order to put it into production. Here we can integrate your existing systems. From now on, you can take full advantage of generative AI in your company and save costs, gain efficiency and achieve your strategic goals.
